Talkdesk Reveals Jeff Haslem As Its First Chief Information Officer

As Talkdesk enters its growth, Haslem will supervise global efforts for its security, information technology (IT), and business processes. Haslem comes to Talkdesk with a wealth of experience assisting fast developing firms in scaling their technological operations. He served as Pluralsight's first CIO, a Vista Equity Partners business specializing in technology workforce development. He spearheaded efforts at Pluralsight to merge the IT and data operations teams, enabling various transformative efforts to boost its growth and go-to-market strategy. Haslem has also held top positions of responsibility at Genesys, Rovi Corporation (now Tivo), Openwave, Broadvision, and Oracle.
