TDG Gold Corp. welcomed Matthew Filgate to the Company's Board of Directors.

FREMONT, CA: TDG Gold Corp. is happy to welcome Matthew Filgate to the Company's Board of Directors according to the Investor Rights Agreement signed on December 11, 2020, with Talisker Resources Ltd. ('Talisker').

With an emphasis on improving grassroots projects through resource definition, geological interpretation, and project management, Matt has ten years of exploration experience. He was influential in redefining the Barkerville Gold Camp and directed both the drilling campaigns for the greenfield and brownfields, resulting in over 4 million ounces of gold being discovered. Presently he works with Talisker in southern British Columbia, emphasizing new enterprise, project assessments, and exploration execution through several projects. At the University of Victoria, Matt holds a BSc in Geology.

The Board of Directors of the Company, with the appointment of Matthew Filgate, now has six members, including Andrew French, Terence Harbort, Evandra Nakano, Fletcher Morgan, John-Paul Dau, and Matthew Filgate.

With over 23,000 hectares of brownfield and greenfield exploration resources under the direct control or earn-in deals, TDG is a critical mineral claim holder in the Toodoggone District of northern British Columbia, Canada. TDG's principal projects are the former high-grade gold and silver producing Shasta and Baker Mines, both of which are road-accessible, grew continuously between 1979-2012, and have historical drilling of over 50,000 meters. In 2021, by compiling historical data, the latest geological mapping, geochemical and geophysical surveys, and drill testing of the identified mineralization events and their extensions, TDG intends to progress the projects.
