Tech Data Acquires Signature Technology Group to Revamp Data Center Services
FREMONT, CA: Tech Data, a distributor of technology products, service and solutions, has entered into an agreement to acquire certain assets with Signature Technology Group (STG). The deal is to upgrade Tech Data’s Advanced Infrastructure Solutions (AIS) division with focus on data center services.

Tech Data, a distributor of thousands of wholesale technology products, services and solutions provide advanced logistic capabilities and value added services to 115,000 clients efficiently over100 countries.

STG’s Data Center Services focus into four areas: technology, people, activities, and strategy. The company specializes in hardware maintenance, staff augmentation, professional services, and consulting services to maximize the investment cost and reduce risk. STG is certified across 23 Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and its technicians supporting over 300, 000 devices throughout North America.
