Thingstech's Asset Management System Enables BRTA to Systematically Manage their Assets
FREMONT, CA: Berkshire Regional Transit Authority (BRTA) announces implementation of Thingstech’s fleet and asset management system for improved asset maintenance and utilization.
The core components that asset management system contains include: grants management; fleet management; facility management; bus stop and station management; equipment, systems, and inventory; mobile apps for inspection and condition assessment; geospatial integration through Google Maps and ESRI; and capital planning and budgeting.
BRTA manages and maintains a wide range of fleets, facilities, systems, and equipment. With the implementation of asset management system, BRTA will be able to monitor the inventory, utilization, condition, and status of the assets it owns and operates.
