IRVINE, CA: Toshiba announces three new families to Solid State Drives (SSDs) that provide high speed PCIe (Peripheral Component Interconnect Express) using NVMe (NON Volatile Memory Express) protocol. It provides point-to-point links with the processor. All of these are built with Toshiba’s own MLC NAND (Multi Level Cell NAND) flash memory and are optimized for high performance and low latency.
