Transavia Airlines Teams Up with Pegasystems Inc. to Achieve Strategic Differentiation from its Competition

FREMONT, CA: Transavia Airlines, a subsidiary of Air France-KLM, recently announced that it has chosen Pegasystems Inc., an application provider to streamline critical business operations, to make available a new technology platform. With this move, they hope to further cement their place as a leading European Airline. It is also expected to heighten customer loyalty with its implementation, through its offering of various customized digital services, spread across manifold touch points, ably aided by a cost-minimizing CRM platform.

The new Transavia Interaction Platform is expected to run the full series of Pega’s range of CRM software’s that includes Pega Marketing, Pega Sales Automation, Pega Customer Service, as well as Pega 7 Platform. Transavinia have put faith in Pega’s new platform hoping it serves as a key strategic differentiator in the highly competitive low-cost airline market, by deploying best-in-class digital services to its customers, while enabling better collaboration between partners and employees.

Accenture currently oversees the overall strategic development of Transavia’s digital goals, and as a well known provider of Pega services in-tandem with valuable insight in the airline industry, their role will be pivotal in the change. Accenture will be in charge of ensuring that the new platform gets the attention from partners and consumers alike and oversee a smooth transition across channels.
