FREMONT, CA: Lascom, a Business Process Management (BPM) solution provider, has reorganized their board by appointing Jean-Christophe Calmejane as Executive Officer, in charge of commercial operations along with Charles Henriot, Executive Officer, controller of technical operations.

In Lascom as an Executive Officer, Henriot ‘s mission will be streamlining R&D and service activities for augmenting productivity, securing projects, and simultaneously expanding service offers. He will be managing the integration, R&D, and support teams to operationally implement the company’s strategy defined by the president. Previously, Henriot started his career at Lascom and later joined Sopra HR as R&D Deputy Director.

Jean-Christophe Calmejane, former Export Director of Lascom, will be implementing commercial strategy of the company to meet international growth targets. It will particularly consist of developing and directing multicultural teams in Europe, the United States, and in Asia as well as a partner network.

FY15-16 will be the turning points for Lascom as they have reorganized their structure, teams, and strategy to achieve success across the globe.
