FREMONT, CA: Avnet Technology Solutions has recently launched two modules for its Healthcare Analytics Platform that helps to extract insights about the trends in a patient’s health record and the major health risk areas over certain demography. The idea behind is that if all the details of a patient’s medical record could exist at a single location, then it would be helpful to find the trend in a patient’s health records that can reveal much more insights and help in providing better care and increase prospects of good health. The platform is built using HP’s HAVEn Big Data architecture that provides Big Data solutions encompassing hardware, software, services and business transformation consulting. HAVEn can work in tandem with open source software framework such as Hadoop and together they can handle the enterprise data, structured data, and unstructured data and deliver actionable intelligence from that data in the least possible time.
