TransUnion's Research Tool to Enhance Government Agencies Investigation Needs

CHICAGO, IL: TransUnion collaborates with IT solution providers, Carahsoft, to deliver its investigative and risk management tool, TLOxp, to government agencies.

Carahsoft, a trusted government IT solutions provider and a GSA schedule contract holder helps government agencies select and implement the best solutions at the best possible value. It serves as an aggregator of vendors, connecting professionals within government agencies as well as educational institutes. It offers solutions focused on issues like support data analysis, cyber security and Business Intelligence (BI).

TransUnion, on the other hand is a provider of credit information and information management services worldwide. Their investigative tool TLOxp is a technology, comprised of public and propriety records that locates and researches connections between individuals, businesses and assets. Its data repository can be accessed through secure, online API connections. It helps with threat assessment, identity authentication, fraud prevention and detection and debt recovery.

The partnership will see Carahsoft serve as a sales agent for TransUnion and its business with government agencies. It will enable TransUnion deliver TLOxp to the public sector via its NASA Solutions for Enterprise Wide Procurement (SEWP) contractor.
