Tridium Enhances Niagara Framework Series to Help Developers
RICHMOND, VA: Tridium, provider of open platforms, application software frameworks, automation infrastructure technology, energy management and device-to-enterprise integration solutions, has released Niagara-4, the next generation of IoT framework.
Build on the legacy of the Niagara Framework; it delivers a range of distinguished improvements to help businesses take full advantage of the Internet of Things, which includes advanced visualization, new search, security and navigation tools. It also helps developers, integrators and users in reducing costs and increasing energy efficiency.
Prominent features of the new release include, Bold and Intuitive new interface, which utilizes HTML5 to deliver an array of rich features; More data at fingertips, where one can find and display critical information with a simple point and click; Security by default; faster and more powerful development with a rich open API library, BajaScript 2.0 and semantic data modeling via tags; and Easy conversion, where through a Tridium station conversion tool it adapts Niagara AX stations to Niagara 4 stations.
