TSANet Welcomes Jason Longpre to its Board of Directors
Jason Longpre will maintain all Partner and OEM connections to provide consistent service across TSANet’s board.
FREMONT, CA: TSANet welcomes Jason Longpre to the TSANet Board Of Directors. Jason Longpre is the Vice President of Worldwide Support at Nutanix. He is now in charge of the entire support group as well as a number of global initiatives that have helped the company scale through people, processes, and automation while maintaining a 90+ NPS. Jason has led a number of cross-functional and organizational initiatives that support Nutanix customers' health, onboarding, and success. He is in charge of the Field Engineering team led by partners, and he has successfully implemented a plan to improve overall CSAT and cut expenses for Nutanix. Jason is responsible for maintaining all Partner and OEM connections and driving important initiatives to provide consistent service across the board.

Rene Karel (VMware), Jim West (Citrix Systems), Richard Long (Actian Corporation), Kenny Loo (Dell EMC), Paul Ferralez (Cisco Systems), John Gunther (Hewlett-Packard Enterprise), Joseph Campbell (IBM), Tamra King (Microsoft Corporation), John Boggs (NetApp), and Scott Froehlich (Red Hat) are among the existing board members.

TSANet (Technical Support Alliance Network) is a worldwide multi-vendor alliance founded in 1993 that provides an infrastructure for more efficient multi-vendor problem handling while providing an industry-wide platform to facilitate servicing multi-vendor customers. There are around 500 software and hardware firms who are members.
