Unilever Welcomes Novel Ideas and Partners to Stimulate Inspired Living
SAN FRANCISCO, CA: As part of the Unilever Foundry initiative, Unilever takes the aid of Spigit to move forward in the marketplace by embracing skilled developers worldwide. It openly welcomes innovators to join Unilever via its crowdsourcing platform – Foundry IDEAS.
Being the provider of Innovation Management Software, Spigit lets organizations collect ideas from employees, customers and partners and surface them based on advanced analytics and algorithms. The solution is available in 11 languages and is served by 6 global data centers. The Unilever Foundry capitalizes on this platform to develop IDEAS, with the aim of developing ideas from the world, for the world hoping to bring justified living to foreground.
Unilever is looking for collaborators who can handle the challenges associated with revamping the global nutrition, extending the sanitation solutions’ reach, designing the less-water intensive laundry and others. Entrepreneurs from different corners of the world have shown interest in this initiative; which is evident from the 300 plus ideas received by IDEAS platform since its launch.
"Spigit gives us a platform to scale innovation and allows us to leverage that collective knowledge that leads to great ideas being surfaced and implemented for a BrightFuture," remarks Jeremy Basset, Head of Unilever Foundry.
