Urgent.ly Roadside Assistance Collaborates with Tredit Tire and Wheel
Urgent.ly, a roadside assistance technology company announced its collaboration with Tredit Tire, the leading distributor of tires, wheels and related accessories to RV and trailer OEMs throughout North America. In this partnership, Urgent.ly will provide roadside assistance series for Tredit's end-user customers, and the protected ones will have the convenience to receive real-time updates, digital dispatch, and live-tracking as well.
The new Tredit Advantage program, powered by Urgent.ly, provides digitally connected services not only for flat-tire change, but also towing, car-lockout, and jump start, covering both the tow vehicle and the trailer. Meeting customers in their preferred channel, Urgent.ly offers the ability to request service via a traditional dedicated phone line as well as a Tredit-branded native mobile application, available on the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.
Urgent.ly provides the fastest, safest and most reliable roadside assistance service in North America by digitally connecting motorists in need with nearby, available, and qualified service providers. With the largest digitally connected service network of over 45,000 roadside assistance service vehicles, a 24/7/365 customer support team, live-tracking, and real-time status updates, Urgent.ly delivers an innovative and market-leading solution that drives customer loyalty and operational efficiency.
"What we are most excited about is the partnership with Urgent.ly to exclusively deliver their simple and intuitive application with web-integration to the towable industry - the experience is really as simple as using an UBER for roadside assistance and such an exciting departure from the traditional roadside programs offered to our industry," said Andrew Wuescher, VP of Sales and Marketing of Tredit. "Along with the extensive product warranties already supported by Tredit, this program allows us to reach the end-user customers and help them with their roadside events in the most comprehensive method ever offered in the RV and trailer industry." We are always trying to find ways to give the end user a good travel experience and minimize the downtime when they "just want to get there," said Missy Rogers, National Accounts Manager of Tredit.
"A founding objective of our mission - to reinvent the global roadside assistance industry - includes providing innovative products and service across a wide range of automotive vehicles and customer channels," said Urgent.ly CEO and Co-Founder Chris Spanos. "We're excited to bring Urgent.ly's innovative roadside assistance platform and service to recreational vehicles, trailers, and other media- and heavy-duty vehicles in partnership with Tredit as the market leader."
