Vigilistics Enhances SanitizationPro, Delivers New Version with Powerful New Capabilities
IRVINE, CA: Vigilistics, a data science company, has taken a step further to help food manufacturing companies by delivering SanitizationPro with new powerful capabilities.
The newly-introduced version, SanitizationPro 5.0, is a ‘plug-n-play’ Clean-in-Place (CIP) monitoring and analytics solution. It helps managers in reducing time spent in the CIP process and enables them to improve the quality and safety of the products.
Designed with a thought to deliver clear visibility to managers, it gives insight from the plant floor to the corporate office; and enables managers to keep track of the chemical, water and energy used in a plant’s CIP system, set and monitor system goals for use of resources and convert usage to cost.
“Our large food and beverage manufacturing customers count on us for simple, affordable solutions that give them visibility into production process-level data not captured by other systems. With our new SanitizationPro 5.0 application, we’ve given managers unparalleled insight into the entire CIP process,” comments Mike Stephens, CEO of Vigilistics.
In addition, the new SanitizationPro 5.0 features dashboard and live view, streamlined interface for easy navigation, ‘at condition’ wash reports, improved titration: root cause, retest, FDA-validated regulatory inspection package creation and expanded analytics, with detailed performance monitoring.
