Virtek Vision Releases Multi-Purpose Workstation for Laser Projection System
FREMONT, CA: Virtek Vision, provider of laser-based manufacturing technologies, has come up with a new solution for the laser projection system. The latest product- Virtek Projection Workstation, is an all-in-one solution that serves as a workspace, adjustable projection mast and storage space for aerospace, construction or heavy equipment applications.
The workstation is movable, easy to use, andcan point the Virtek laser projector or locator to any angle or location. Its height is adjustable and can be stretched up to a maximum height of 6 meters. Another important aspect of the workstation is its mobility. The workstation can be mobile, stationary or stored. To increase the sturdiness, it has a foot pedal braking system.
The workstation has a good storage capacity with drawers and cabinets to store system accessories. When not in use, the Virtek laser projector can be securely placedin rooms along with other tools. David Smith, Virtek Project Manager says, “We interviewed our customers to determine their needs in an ideal workstation. Overall we wanted to help companies take best advantage of the space available to them, we were able to design, create and manufacture a projection workstation that can serve as an all-in-one location for projection, work and storage, and it can be used in a multi-industry area as well.”
