VisualSP App for Office 365: A Performance Support Solution for SharePoint Users
PLAINFIELD, IL: The VisualSP Help System offers ‘task-centric help content’ to SharePoint 2010 and 2013 users as and when required for efficient completion of their computing tasks. The Help system has now released VisualSP App for Office 365, a performance support solution offering access to short, task-specific technical help content on-premises as well as in the cloud.
The App includes a Help tab for the Office 365 Sites ribbon, and a sectional help component to retrieve the help content. Users need not leave the Office 365 computing to access help; it can be obtained within the Office 365 computing environment.
An additional advantage is that the users can obtain “Just In Time” Help. That is, the sectional help component of VisualSP App is designed to reduce the number of steps a user takes to reach the desired help; provisioning faster access.
