VSoft Takes Omni-Chanel Platform to a Next Level with its Latest IRIS Solution
ATLANTA, GA: Keeping the shifting demographics and rapid growth of mobile devices in mind, VSoft, an IT solutions provider for financial institutions, has launched IRIS, an omni-channel platform spanning all devices and channels for both personal and business banking.
IRIS allows accountholders to address their banking needs through a single platform. It enables users to start transactional and non-transactional tasks using their preferred device. It eliminates the need for separate products such as Internet banking, tablet banking and mobile banking for making transactions. Along with an intuitive interface the users also face a hassle free experience.
The built-in imaging capability of IRIS’s allows retailers and business accountholders to deposit a check using mobile deposit. Mobile Deposit is native to the application and does not require integration with a third party remote deposit capture vendor. It offers a complete suite of transactional services including personal financial management, bill pay, P2P, transfers, capability to view check images, ordering checks and more. To maintain the consistent user experience, each institution has the ability to customize branding themes across device.
“IRIS enables users to start transactional and non-transactional tasks using their preferred device,” says Murthy Veeraghanta, Chairman and CEO, VSoft. “An accountholder can begin to fill out a loan application on their mobile device and then finish on a tablet at a later time.”
