Winshuttle Foundation V11.1 Incorporates Enhanced Excel Workflow Capabilities
ORLANDO, FL: Leading SAP services provider Winshuttle announced several advancements based on extensive customer feedback during the development phase of its Winshuttle Foundation v11.1. The latest promises a number of Excel capabilities which include ability to easily route Excel files through a configurable workflow process and approve, reject or reassign workflow tasks from the familiar Microsoft Excel ribbon; and route (without needing to use any other application) Excel files through a data collection or approval process of any complexity before posting data to SAP. This, according to the company would eliminate uncontrolled email-based processes and aids in proper governance of Excel workbooks while retaining the familiar Excel-based user experience.

The latest version of Winshuttle Foundation product was launched at SAP’s SAPPHIRE NOW and ASUG Annual conference held on May 17-19th. The company also recently announced the General Availability (GA) of its flagship product, Studio v11, which is a Windows desktop based product designed for use with Microsoft Office that automates data collection, validation and movement to SAP.
