WinWire Uses Glassbeam's Machine Data Analytics to Enhance Customer Experience
SANTA CLARA, CA: WinWire Technologies, the IT firm has come up with a solution that uses IoT analytics to enhance customer experience. Leveraging the Glassbeam’s machine data analytics capabilities, it is deployed on Salesforce’s Service cloud. Being a machine data analytics company, Glassbeam works towards bringing structure and meaning to data.
The existing solution is altered to attach and view large files inside Salesforce Case record; view log file analytics and compared with Salesforce Case record and alert a Case Owner when a log file’s analytics are available for review. In future, the company also plans to allow attaching large files to a Case through Salesforce Customer Community.
WinWire and Glassbeam have been underway to deliver the solution through Salesforce App Cloud on AppExchange as a managed package. Ashu Goel, CEO, WinWire Technologies states, “This collaboration is a strong iteration of our vision to drive the evolution of Internet of Things (IoT). And together we would be able to provide even more efficient and highly effective IoT solutions to our customers.”
The app provides customers much more benefits than the existing solution on IoT analytics. Puneet Pandit, Founder and CEO, Glassbeam also points out that Information on the customer-end along with the business intelligence provided by analytics is capable of accelerating the benefits offered by the solution.
