FREMONT, CA: In order to widen the area of expertise, companies resort to acquiring specialized firms or successful startups. The latest to follow this path is WNS holdings, a Business Process Management (BPM) firm who has acquired Value Edge Research.
The acquisition of Value Edge deepens WNS’ domain and specialized analytical capabilities in the growing pharmaceutical market, and provides WNS with a technology asset which can be leveraged by clients across industries.
