Zendesk Incorporates Nextiva App to its Customer Service Platform
FREMONT, CA: Nextiva, a cloud based Communication Company, declared the release of a new app in collaboration with Zendesk,a cloud based customer service software company. The joined force enhances customer experience through integration of business phone service with Zendesk platform.
The new app allows Zendesk business users access the customer information and account history via phone number that is linked with the account and the number the customer is calling from. The app also allows servicing staff to make outbound calls directly from the desktop reducing the error of misdialing.
Nextiva to Zendesk customer service platform permits businesses to create a highly efficient and personalized customer interaction. The app is free for users of Nextiva’s cloud phone service and Zendesk’s customer service platform and can be used without having to setup any additional software or application.
The main key features of this app include making and receiving calls from Zendesk console and instantly identifying the customers. It also automatically generates tickets for new customers and provides information of its existing customers. This reduces the time required to look up the record history and increases productivity in the process.
