ZIRX Announces Availability of Mobility Services
SAN FRANCISCO, CA: ZIRX, an enterprise and mobility service company that combines the technology and workforce in the logistics domain announced the availability of ZIRX Mobility Service (ZMS), a service platform enabling auto manufacturers, dealerships and fleet owners to create a remarkable customer experience and effectively manage backend operations. The firm also declared new partnerships with automotive companies like Openbay, a company empowering its members by delivering repair quotes from shops nearby, combined with an easy-to-use platform to schedule and pay for service; and BAMA Commercial Leasing, a partner of Uber and helping them in business.
The platform is an amalgamation of technology, sophisticated algorithms and a trusted and trained workforce to move, store and service vehicles at scale. The partnered companies are already deploying the ZMS across the country to deliver door-to-door service to customers and balance service fleets. The platform offers services like advanced fleet, user and task management capabilities, real-time vehicle tracking through live maps, customized customer messaging, real-time URL tracking, analytics dashboards and a host of APIs. ZMS is priced on a miles and minutes basis with no upfront costs or minimums.
The ZIRX Mobility Services is helping companies operate, move, service and store vehicles more efficiently than ever. “The platform easily dispatches jobs and keeps customers informed. Monitor results with real-time tracking, analytics and reporting. Our API is also available for deeper, seamless integrations,” says Sean Behr, CEO, ZIRX.
