An implementation highlight is Resco’s collaboration with a global refugee agency, supporting its humanitarian efforts worldwide. Using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Resco’s Power Platform as part of its IT strategy, the agency developed applications for workers in crisis areas. In its sixth year, this partnership has successfully used Resco’s mobile app development toolkit to create an application for registering refugees crossing borders, capturing biometric information and issuing documents that serve as passports. This initiative has scaled globally, benefiting thousands of users and reinforcing the agency’s critical mission.
