Its zerodevelopment model drives efficiency, rapid growth, and strong returns while avoiding repeated reinvestment.

Another product, StraBoard, enhances leadership oversight through a secure digital platform for boards. It keeps directors engaged and aligned, promoting stronger governance and informed decision-making. Both products reflect Stralynn’s focus on efficiency, accountability, and transparency.

The StraAgents.ai bring the accelerators to bring about the end to end sales and operations transformation at a break neck speed that others are still learning how to. Both public companies and private equity owned portfolios have benefitted from the offerings. A major Fortune 500 financial services client exemplified this approach. Their Salesforce CRM had no documentation, and the original staff had left. The system was critical but unstable and outdated. Stralynn rebuilt it using Salesforce CRM, CPQ, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud. A digital twin allowed operations to continue during the transformation. Processes were simplified, handovers reduced, and AI integrated to boost efficiency. Workforce reductions were addressed through redeployment or downsizing, while governance tools and dashboards eased concerns about AI adoption. The project concluded with adaptable transformation layers that prevented costly future reimplementations and positioned the organization for long-term stability.

Doshi built Stralynn on her expertise in Computer Science and International Telecommunications Management and her experience in senior roles at Verizon, Deloitte, Royal Philips, Reliance, and Thoma Bravo and Telcordia Technologies. This gave her broad exposure to infrastructure, R&D, customer experience, and professional services.

She also gained a deep understanding of the human side of transformation. At Royal Philips, she simplified thousands of legacy systems while guiding long-tenured staff to accept a new model. At Reliance, she modernized a fourteen-year-old SAP ERP system without disrupting operations, likening it to changing a pilot mid-flight. These experiences showed that mindset and change management are as critical as technology.
