The collected data is stored in the cloud, analyzed, and displayed to the customer on the customizable Tyrata.io portal. DOS is typically deployed in depots where vehicles return after completing each trip.

Tried and tested by some of the most demanding fleet managers, Tyrata’s DOS has proven its value in terms of performance and scalability. One of the company’s clients, GoDurham, found it challenging to manually monitor the tires on its 60-bus public transit fleet. With vehicles returning to the depot late every night, it was only possible to monitor the tires’ health on Sunday nights. To drive such results for all its clients, Tyrata follows a simple and straightforward onboarding process, to clearly understand fleet needs and get the system up and running within a few hours. Once the system is installed, Tyrata conducts fleet calibration in the week following installation, then the system will spend 2-4 weeks using AI to learn about the tires. After the calibration and system learning is complete, customers can monitor the tire tread data themselves using the portal, or let Tyrata do it on their behalf. When the tire hits certain thresholds, Tyrata sends alerts to help them proactively manage tire health.
