Today, the rapidly growing aviation industry is witnessing a widened gap between the demand for comprehensive aircraft maintenance services and the availability of skilled aviation engineers and technicians. Coupled with that is the rising complications in the aviation space, which is introducing additional inefficiencies in the maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) aspects of aircraft. Addressing this need with its superior training programs and unmatched quality maintenance services is Florida-based Xtreme Aviation. With the efficient delivery of line maintenance and engine removal/installation services, the company provides safety, service excellence, and complete customer satisfaction to its clients in the aviation industry. “We provide a slew of aviation engineering services to fulfill every aircraft maintenance needs under one roof,” says Carlos Cock, CEO of Xtreme Aviation.

Established in 2013, Xtreme Aviation began its journey as an aircraft on ground (AOG) rescue team. Today, the company has grown multifold to become one of the leaders in the space, offering MRO support, engine services, and testing platforms for CFM563 and RB211 engines. Xtreme Aviation works with aviation colleges and coaching schools to drive the development of potential aviation engineers. “We help aviation school trainees become experienced technicians, which the aviation and aerospace industry seeks,” explains Cock.

Xtreme Aviation’s offerings range from A to C maintenance checks to modifications and interior reconfiguration all through its heavy maintenance services. Additionally, Xtreme Aviation provides specialized borescope inspections for aircraft engines along with a plethora of other examinations to ensure safety and efficiency of critical aircraft components. And with the company’s testing platform at the Miami-Opa Locka executive airport, Xtreme Aviation performs the final checks of every serviced engine. The testing platform consists of a Boeing 737-300 aircraft with a CFM56- 3 engine and the company recently added the same airliner’s 757 variant with RB211 engines to carry out the final inspections in functional airplanes that simulate a typical aviation scenario.

Besides leading-edge aviation services, the company also houses an extensive field service network and complies with international aviation certificates, such as FAA, EASA, and other country-specific certifications to cater to clients worldwide. Together with that is the company’s 24/7/365 support services, which allow them to aid clients at any given moment. However, one aspect that truly helps Xtreme Aviation among its peers is its clout of strong partnerships with several aviation industry leaders to offer engine and aircraft leasing services alongside the procurement of parts, composites, avionics, and other aircraft components. “We are a one-stop maintenance provider that takes care of all aviation engineering needs of our clients regardless of the time and geographical location,” adds Cock.

Xtreme Aviation’s manifold client success stories are a testament to the company’s towering proclamation. In one instance, Xtreme Aviation assisted an aircraft leasing company recover 15 engines from a location in Thailand. To achieve this, Xtreme Aviation dispatched a dedicated team of 10 technicians that handled all the necessary tasks—logistics, tooling, technical services, local airport permitting processes, and more—for the efficient recovery of engines. “The client shared their plans with us, and we provided our hundred percent support to help them achieve it,” states Cock.

Currently, Xtreme Aviation is looking to expand its workforce by 30 percent before the end of 2019. Moreover, the company plans to grow its partner network to enhance its maintenance, procurement, and leasing services further. To conclude, Cock notes, “As we tread ahead, we shall continue to imbue further efficacy into our committed customer support services to build long term client relationships.”
