Outview: Cybersecurity through Greater Visibility
Glaycon Ferreira, CEO
A security alert matters more when an organization understands what led to it. Outview IT Solutions has built its cybersecurity approach around that idea, helping organizations identify exposure, vulnerabilities and behavioral risks before they develop into larger incidents. The challenge is not necessarily a lack of security technology. Organizations may already have endpoint security, XDR and other tools in place yet still lack visibility into what is happening across their environments. For Outview, that makes understanding the underlying problem the starting point. “Cybersecurity is not about the technology or the software you use. It starts with understanding the problems you actually have,” says CEO Glaycon Ferreira. The principle also shapes how Outview develops its solutions. Rather than treating cybersecurity as a package that can be applied uniformly, the company first works to understand a customer’s exposure and vulnerabilities before determining what needs to be addressed. The same technologies may exist across different organizations, but the problems within those environments can be very different. Assessing Technology, Processes and People Outview begins by examining a client’s environment to understand its exposure and vulnerabilities. The assessment also considers processes and people because security weaknesses do not always originate in technology. There are three areas that shape cybersecurity risk: technology, process and people. His team works with different customer environments and understands frameworks such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2. Continuous training helps the team understand different technologies and processes and develop responses around the problems each customer faces. The flexibility is important because Outview works with more than 100 clients using different combinations of software and infrastructure. Rather than requiring those organizations to work in the same way, the company adapts its problem-solving approach to the environment in front of it. This perspective also changes how Outview responds to emerging threats. Instead of waiting for a warning to appear and then investigating the incident, its team uses security bulletins, threat information and observed behaviors to determine whether a potential risk already exists within a client’s environment. The objective is to anticipate potential problems rather than wait for an alert to confirm that something has gone wrong. When an Incident Reveals a Bigger Problem A financial services client illustrates how this approach works. The organization had multiple security technologies in place but lacked sufficient visibility into its environment. Outview’s assessment uncovered several vulnerabilities that could have left the company exposed. Later, its monitoring identified unusual access involving a user connecting from different states. Outview blocked the access before it could develop into a larger security incident. Stopping the access was only the first step. Outview then investigated why the situation had been possible in the first place. The investigation found that the affected user did not have multifactor authentication enabled. Addressing the MFA gap resolved the immediate weakness, but Outview did not stop there. The team examined whether other users or groups within the organization faced the same exposure. That distinction is central to Outview’s approach. An incident can be contained without solving the problem that caused it. If the underlying weakness remains, another incident may follow. Outview therefore separates incident analysis from problem analysis. One team can focus on the immediate event while another examines why it happened and whether the same vulnerability exists elsewhere. From Detection to Prevention The same thinking applies to threat intelligence. When a security bulletin or other information identifies a new behavior or vulnerability, Outview assesses whether the issue is relevant to its clients and whether it exists within their environments. The company can then address the underlying exposure without waiting for a security alert to confirm that the threat has reached the environment. An incident rarely tells the whole story. Behind the immediate event may be a vulnerability, a configuration weakness or a broader exposure that has yet to surface elsewhere. Outview examines those underlying conditions, asking why the vulnerability was possible and whether the same weakness could affect other parts of the organization. This brings the approach back to its starting point. Before an organization can effectively protect its environment, it needs to understand its exposure and vulnerabilities. For Outview, visibility is therefore not simply a feature of cybersecurity. It is the basis for deciding what needs to be solved.

What Do Top Cybersecurity Solutions Providers Typically Offer?
Top Cybersecurity Solutions Provider offerings generally span threat detection, vulnerability assessment, security monitoring, incident response, threat intelligence and risk analysis. Strong providers look beyond individual security tools to assess technology, processes and people. This broader view helps organizations identify weaknesses across their environments rather than treating each alert as an isolated event.
Q2
Which Cybersecurity Solutions Provider Did CIOReview Recognize in Latin America in 2026?
CIOReview recognized Outview IT Solutions as a Top Cybersecurity Solutions Provider in Latin America in 2026. The recognition reflects its focus on helping organizations identify cybersecurity exposure, vulnerabilities and behavioral risks before they develop into larger incidents. Its approach centers on understanding an organizations security problems before determining how they should be addressed.
Q3
Why Is Demand Growing for Top Cybersecurity Solutions Provider Services?
Demand is increasing as organizations operate with more complex technology environments while facing evolving vulnerabilities and threats. Top Cybersecurity Solutions Provider services can help security teams move beyond reactive alert management by assessing whether emerging threats are relevant to their environments. Continuous visibility is particularly important when organizations use multiple security technologies that may not provide a complete view of their exposure.
Q4
What Should Organizations Evaluate When Choosing a Cybersecurity Solutions Provider?
Organizations should assess how well a provider understands their technology environment, processes and people, rather than evaluating tools alone. Top Cybersecurity Solutions Provider capabilities should also be considered in areas such as threat intelligence, vulnerability analysis, incident investigation, security frameworks and ongoing security education. The ability to examine why an incident occurred and whether the same weakness exists elsewhere is another important consideration.
Q5
What Supported Outview IT Solutions’ 2026 Recognition?
Outviews recognition as a Top Cybersecurity Solutions Provider in Latin America was supported by several documented capabilities. It assesses technology, processes and people to identify exposure and vulnerabilities, works across different customer environments and uses security bulletins, threat information and observed behaviors to identify potential risks. Its approach also separates immediate incident containment from analysis of the underlying problem, helping identify whether a vulnerability could affect other users or areas.
Q6
How Are Cybersecurity Providers Using Technology and Expertise to Improve Security?
Technology is increasingly combined with environmental assessment, threat intelligence and human expertise. Top Cybersecurity Solutions Provider services can use information about emerging vulnerabilities or behaviors to determine whether a risk is already present within an organization. This allows security teams to investigate potential exposure before an alert confirms an active incident, while expertise across technology, processes and people helps connect technical findings to the conditions that created the risk.
