Adam Drutz is Avanade’s Senior Vice President responsible for organizational sales talent and development worldwide. In his day-to-day function, Adam leads sales for Avanade’s South Central Region in the United .In his global sales talent leadership function, Adam works directly with Avanade internal stakeholders across the world to define the company’s future-state sales organization.

Adam joined Avanade in 2005 after spending the first 15 years of his career in a variety of progressively responsible leadership positions spanning both sales and delivery roles involving professional services, managed services, and transformational software delivery.  As a transformational leader, Adam serves as part of Avanade’s global leadership team and is based in Houston, Texas.  He is also an Advisory Board Member for The Children’s Museum of Houston and is actively involved in his local community.
