Experience includes leadership and development of the company’s IT strategy, portfolio management, enterprise architecture, security and risk, applications, infrastructure and operations and IT quality. Andy is an experience global leader that has led the transformation of IT from a localized federated organization to a virtual matrixed globalized team. At the same time he developed a high performing team culture focused on quality, performance and cost efficiencies raising customer satisfaction to over 90%.
