Armin Roeseler is the CIO of Swanson Health Productsand is leading all technical aspects of the digital transformation of the business. He is transforming the IT organization and technology infrastructure via Cloud migrations, supporting digital business enablement including digital marketing and consumer analytics, and is enabling new direct-to-consumer eCommerce functions.
Prior to his current role, Armin held C-Level technology leadership positions with major retailers and international financial services firms. He has consolidated multiple Data Centers into Cloud environments,has replaced ERP and CRM systems,rolled-outCorporate-wide Business Intelligence platforms, and developed a retail mobile shopping app with patent pending image recognition technology. In 2016, Armin was recognized by Information Week as an Elite 100 IT Leader for his innovative uses of business technology.He is also a recipient of theCIO Magazine 100 Award. Armin started his career as a Systems Analyst with AT&T Bell Labs.
Arminholds a M.S. in Computer and Information Science from New Jersey Institute of Technology where he was a Fulbright Scholar from his native Germany. His Ph.D. is in Computer Science from Illinois Institute of Technology. He is a U.S. Patent holder, has published numerous articles on IT performance analysis methods, best practices and management aspects, and has lectured at international conferences in the U.S., Europe and Australia.
