Ashok Reddy

Senior Vice President and General Manager, Enterprise Software Division, Broadcom's

Ashok is responsible for Broadcom’s Enterprise Software Division, which is comprised of six business lines including IT Business Management, Agile Central, Security and API Management, Continuous Testing, AIOps and Automation.

Under Ashok’s leadership, the Enterprise Software Division is focused on being a strategic partner to the world’s largest enterprises, providing a robust portfolio of integrated software needed to solve today’s complex IT challenges. The Enterprise Software Division helps its customers become lean digital enterprises, leveraging Systems of Intelligence platforms for multi-cloud Hybrid IT environments. 

Ashok has over 25 years’ experience in Enterprise Software, spanning a breadth of technologies and businesses that transform AI and automation driven offerings.

Most recently, Ashok led CA Technologies’ $1B+ DevOps Line of Business, with the Industry's first Cognitive DevOps platform. He joined CA in 2015 to lead the Mainframe business. In this role, he led the agile transformation of the Mainframe unit, introduced AI driven innovations that outperformed the market and took market share from the competition. 

Prior to CA, Ashok worked for IBM, where he served as the VP of the company’s API Economy, DevOps and Hybrid Cloud Integration portfolios.

Ashok holds an MBA, MS and BS in Engineering and is a Professional Engineer (PE, California). Ashok is currently completing a master’s degree in Computer Science at Georgia Tech, specializing in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
