Dan Wiggins is the Vice President for the Global Verticals organization which includes Manufacturing, Energy and Retail Clients. This vertical includes 14 leading global customers including GM, Ford, Toyota, Tata Motors, Hyundai, Samsung, GE, FedEx, Walmart, Home Depot, BP, Shell , Chevron and Exxon.
He develops thought leadership for Cisco’s efforts around these verticals as well as the enterprise solutions Cisco brings to the marketplace. Through his globally dispersed and empowered teams, Wiggins leads the development and execution of Cisco’s next generation solutions and the go to market plans.
Wiggins has been involved with the Global Enterprise Theater at Cisco since 2002, leading large global clients such as Daimler-Chrysler, and Ford. He has also led the collaboration efforts of the top eleven automotive accounts worldwide.
He has served in various sales and sales management positions. Prior to joining Cisco, he held similar sales management positions at Ameritech Corporation and IBM.
Wiggins holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo.
