As Chief Operating Officer/Chief Technology Officer, Mr. Chow works to improve operational efficiency and achieve company growth for Silicon Mechanics. Prior to joining the company in 2014, Dan was a Senior Engineering Manager at The Walt Disney Company where he led and supervised several IT infrastructure architecture and operation teams. With a diverse technology management background, culminating in over 14 years of senior leadership from various Fortune 500 companies, Dan is well recognized for his thought leadership on topics such as distributed data storage platforms, cloud, IT as a service, disaster recovery, and automation. He leads Silicon Mechanics groups in the development, delivery and post-implementation support for our Enterprise, Research, Education and Government customers. Dan holds a bachelor's degree in Business and Information Systems from University of Washington.
