Dave Hudson
CIO, Veritiv Corporation [NYSE: VRTV]
Dave Hudson is Chief Information Officer of Veritiv Corporation, a leading North American business-to-business distributor of print, publishing, packaging, and facility solutions; and also a provider of logistics and supply chain management services. He is responsible for developing and executing the company’s overall information technology (IT) strategy, including the company’s IT integration efforts.
Prior to joining Veritiv, Mr. Hudson was Chief Business Strategy Officer and Senior Vice President of Technology Strategy at Amtrak, a national for-profit passenger railroad company. Previously, he served as Chief Information Officer for Insight Global, a premier provider of IT employment solutions to Fortune 1000 clients. Mr. Hudson was also previously with Recall Corporation as Senior Global Director of IT Business Delivery, and an eBusiness Program Manager and Six Sigma Black Belt with General Electric.
Mr. Hudson has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Information Systems, and a master’s degree in Computer Science from Kennesaw State University in Georgia; as well as a master’s of business administration from Emory University. He is a decorated United States Army veteran who volunteers with organizations such as Hands On Atlanta, Habitat for Humanity, Camp Twin Lakes, and Camp Horizon.
