Jim Vint is a Managing Director in the Legal Technology Solutions group at Navigant and heads the eDiscovery Practice, focusing on global litigation and investigation projects for Global 500 organizations. He manages the advisory and technology teams in the discovery process for electronically stored information (“ESI”) as well as enterprise databases, business applications and social media, and has been retained for 30(b)(6) testimony on numerous occasions.

Jim's client base exists across the financial services, technology, oil and gas, pharmaceutical and consumer products industries specific to bribery and corruption, consumer related allegations of improprieties, cartel investigations, and general commercial disputes and investigations. Additionally he has provided risk mitigation services and transaction al data analysis in internal, audit committee and regulatory investigations, M&A situations, data-breach and incident response, bankruptcy, regulatory infractions and other general distressed situations.
