Laura is the Founder and Managing Partner of Colloquia Partners, LLC a boutique firm focused on M&A Transaction Services - due diligence, post-merger integration, talent assessment, cultural alignment and organizational restructuring; and Performance Consulting to enhance leadership, team and organizational outcomes.
She has more than 20 years of experience as a business leader in Human Resources and Administration. She was previously the Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of G&W Laboratories, Inc. and the Vice President of Human Resources and Administration at Teva Pharmaceuticals, Inc. She has extensive experience in Merger & Acquisition (M&A) due diligence and post-merger integration and divestiture, performance consulting, talent management, leadership development, executive coaching and human resources.
She has held various human resources and administration positions in the pharmaceutical, retail and semi-conductor industries, and in the public sector. Her early career was focused on finance and service administration.
She has a Doctorate in Human and Organizational Learning from The George Washington University (Washington, DC), an MSA in Human Resources Administration from West Chester University (West Chester, PA) and a BA in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Moravian College (Bethlehem, PA).
