Mamie Peers

VP of Digital Marketing, The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas

Mamie Peers serves as Vice President of Digital Marketing at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. She oversees the resort’s digital communications strategy, which includes the redesign and mobilization of the resort’s website, a revamp of its social media channels, and an inspired approach to online advertising. Most recently she launched Rose, a mischief making SMS chatbot who helps have more fun on their trips to Vegas by dishing out insider tips in a playful tone distinct to The Cosmopolitan.

Before leading the resort’s digital communication efforts, Peers served as Senior Director of Internal Communications and Identity Membership. In this role, Peers created the resort’s intranet, Clive, a social business network that changed the way the resort’s 5,000 employees, or CoStars, interact and communicate with each other. Through a database of hundreds of pages, videos documents, Clive provides CoStars with the most up-to-date information on guests, programs and services and resort happenings.
