CIO, GE Energy Connections [NYSE: GE]

Mano leads Digital Technology organization for GE Energy Connections which is a $11B business within GE. In this role, Mano is responsible for traditional functions of Information Technology including Application Development, Information Security, Data/Analytics, ERP, Supply Chain / Manufacturing, Product Lifecycle Management, Commercial (Marketing / Sales), Architecture and Operations. Energy Connections business within GE is in the middle of a transformation - a transformation that is relying on reinventing itself through Digital Technology. Mano’s organization leads efforts related to Digital Technology based Transformation, aligned to GE's overall Digital Industrial journey. A journey that requires the business to rethink every part of the business and "reinvent work" within every function. 

Prior to joining GE in 2016, Mano Global Director of Data, Analytics and Digital Innovation for John Deere. In that role, he led all aspects of Data & Analytics journey for Deere – including strategy and execution on key initiatives. Prior to that role, he led formation and then later delivery of information oriented solutions for customers under the Deere FarmSight™ Strategy.

Mano holds a BS in Computer Engineering from University of Kansas and an MBA from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management.
