He has over 18 years experience in the IT field with certifications in Microsoft, Genesys, Novell, Cisco, Citrix, Linux, MySQL and Checkpoint. Mr. Bautista brings equally strong qualifications and real world experience in the areas of information technology, management, business administration, and customer service.  Process, infrastructure stability, proactive monitoring and documentation are his passion with ITIL standards as the predominant theme.  He is a highly technical executive that is equally comfortable communicating directly with C-Level executives, customers and the most technical engineers. Coaching, cross-training and stewardship with his staff are the top goals for his departments.
