Marty Guay
Marty Guay is a veteran business executive of the security and healthcare industries, with extensive experience leading both commercial and operations teams.Prior to assuming his current role as president of STANLEY Healthcare, Marty held a number of senior positions within STANLEY Security, most recently as president of the Systems Integration Group. He was president of Niscayah USA prior to its acquisition by STANLEY Security in 2011, and Chief Operating Officer at Securitas Systems before that.
Marty earned a Bachelor’s degree and M.B.A. from the George Washington University. He completed the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School and Harvard Business School’s Achieving Breakthrough Service. He is a former Intern with the U.S. State Department.
