Senior Director, PLM, R&D and eCommerce, Callaway Golf Company
An experienced leader in Callaway Golf’s information technologyorganization, Matt spearheads the development ofintegrated software and hardware systems that 1) streamline, expedite & enhance the development of golf products; and 2) empower internal and external customers with interactive, real-time sales and fitting tools.
In previous roles at Callaway, Matt successfullymanaged numerous teams within the R&D organization. As Director of Integrated Devices, he led the software development team responsible for Callaway’s global consumer fitting system: Engage. He also managed numerous teams of skilled engineers responsible for the development and analysis of golf club designs and is listed as an inventor on 20 U.S. Patents. Matt joined Callaway Golf in 1999.
Before joining Callaway Golf, Matt served in research engineering roles at Iomega, and the Applied Research Lab in University Park, Pa. Heholds mechanical engineering degrees fromthe Pennsylvania State University (M.S.) and New Mexico State University (B.S.).
