Onyeka Nchege is Interstate’s Chief Information Officer, where he champions partnerships to make valuable ideas possible. Combining a passion for technology with deep business insight, Onyeka brings more than 20 years of leadership, strategy development and technology solutions architecture to the biggest name in automotive replacement batteries. He also leads the creation of new technology systems and solutions for Interstate’s network of retail store franchises and distributors across North and Central America, leading Interstate’s support teams and the developers behind Interstate’s ecommerce site, interstatebatteries.com, as well.

Before joining Interstate, Onyeka was CIO of Coca Cola Bottling Company Consolidated for 5 years, where he led teams to modernize technology in the field, powering business processes for daily, on-the-street use. He partnered with customer segments to define the delivery model and plan.

A graduate of Georgia State University’s J. Mack Robinson College of Business, Onyeka serves on the Board of Directors for Apparo Solutions, Inc., and advisory boards for UNC Charlotte’s College of Computing and Informatics, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Charlotte and Bethel Baptist Church Ministries.
