Rich Baughman
VP IT, Shentel
Mr. Baughman is Vice President of Information Technology of Shentel. He began his career in 1991 working with the Navy and entered the telecommunications industry in 1995, working for companies including Bellcore/Telcordia, AT&T, Lucent, WINfirst and SureWest. He joined Shentel in 2006 and is responsible for all of the back-office software and infrastructure systems at Shentel. Mr. Baughman has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Lafayette College and an M.S. in Optics from the University of Rochester.
