Richard Winter
Principal Architect, Think Big Analytics, a Teradata Company [NYSE: TDC]
Richard Winter is an internationally recognized expert in big data and large scale data management, having published over 50 articles and reports on the subject. He presently serves as a Principal Architect at Think Big Analytics, where he has developed data lake architectures for some of world’s leading enterprises.
Prior to joining Think Big, Winter founded and operated a consulting firm, WinterCorp, that assisted leading vendor and user enterprises in the implementation of large scale analytic ecosystems, including data warehouses and Hadoop based systems. Winter’s platform recommendations, supported by fact and measurement based evaluations, enabled clients to satisfy some of the largest scale and most demanding analytic data requirements in the world.
Richard Winter is a frequent author and speaker with over fifty publications in his field.
