Dynamic, highly accomplished leader with 33 years of Federal service in the IRS and Treasury. Adept at driving transformational organizational improvements in IT and the business by leading change in people, process, and technology, and stressing the importance of measuring the value of IT services from the customers’ perspective.
From 2010 to 2016 he was the Director of the IT Operations Command Center at the IRS, an organization of approximately 230 employees and contractors with an annual budget of $30M. Prior to that Rick served the IRS as the Director of Strategic Planning and Performance Management.
Today, Rick has retired from Government service and is now the VP of Customer Success at Intact Technology, an outcome focused IT Operations Management consulting company, based in Greenbelt,MD. In his new role, Rick expects to share the lessons he learned and help other IT Leaders drive successful IT transformations.
