Roger Leone

CIO, Silicon Valley Bank [NASDAQ: SIVB]

Roger Leone is chief information officer of Silicon Valley Bank (SVB). Formerly SVB’s Head of IT Infrastructure Engineering and Operations for Silicon Valley Bank, Leone is responsible for leading the information technology team, including SVB’s global IT infrastructure, and partnering with banking teams worldwide to ensure the delivery of excellent service to SVB’s clients.

Leone joined SVB after holding senior IT leadership roles at Pfizer and Bank of America. As VP of Americas Regional Shared Services at Pfizer, he managed a team of more than 400 IT professionals supporting more than 26,000 clients. Prior to 14 years at Pfizer, Leone spent 20 years at Bank of America where he helped establish infrastructure technology standards, architecture, engineering and deployment leadership across multiple global business units.

Leone earned a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Utica College.
