Rosemary Butterly

VP HR, Cartus Corporation

Rosemary Butterly joined Cartus in 1994 as Manager of Human Resources. She was promoted to Director of Human Resources in 1998 and to Vice President of Human Resources in 2004. Prior to joining Cartus, Rosemary worked for 10 years as HR Manager for a manufacturing company.

A member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Rosemary has published articles in human resource magazines and presented at the Alliance for Work-Life Progress conference in February 2004. She also serves as an adjunct professor in Human Resource Management at Western Connecticut State University (WCSU) in Danbury. Rosemary has received numerous awards, including an Innovation Award in 2003, an OPTIMAS Award in 2004, and Connecticut Quality Improvement Awards for ten consecutive years.

Rosemary earned a B.A. degree from LadyCliff College and holds an M.S. in Human Resources from WCSU.
