Scott A. Snyder, PhD is the President and Chief Strategy Officer of Mobiquity, a leader indelivering innovative and engaging mobile solutions that drive business value. He has over 25 years of experience in business leadership, strategic planning, and technology management for both Fortune 500 companies and start-up ventures, including GE, Martin Marietta, and Lockheed Martin, Decision Strategies International, and OmniChoice. Dr.Snyder is the author of The New World of Wireless: How to Compete in the 4G Revolution(Wharton Publishing in July 2009) and has been quoted as a thought leader on technology innovation in Forbes, Fortune, US News and World Report, the New York Times, LA Times, Wall Street Journal, and Knowledge@ Wharton. Dr. Snyder is the founderand research director for the Wireless Innovation Council focused on cross-industry collaboration around emerging wireless opportunities.

Dr. Snyder is also a Senior Fellow in the Management Department at the Wharton School, an Adjunct Faculty Member in the School of Engineering and Applied Science at the University of Pennsylvania, and has lectured at MIT, Babson, Duke, and Insead on Decision-making, Business and IT Strategy, Telecommunications, Product Design and Development, and Business Intelligence.
