Scott is a tax partner and the global leader of KPMG’s Tax Transformation network. He is also the National Service Line Leader for the US’s firm’s Tax Transformation practice. Scott works with the firm’s large multinational clients to bring leading practices related to tax operations and tax-related financial controls.
Scott joined KPMG in 1984 and was elected to the Partnership in 1997.Over the course of his career Scott has been the lead tax partner on a number of large US multinationals. Scott’s past experiences also include being the Tax Partner-in-Charge of the New York Metro Business Unit; Consumer and Industrial Markets Go-to-Market Leader for New York; Northeast Leader of KPMG’s e-Tax Practice; and alumnus of KPMG’s Chairman’s 25 Program.
Scott was also a member of KPMG in the US’s board nominating committee and served one year as co-chair of that committee.
