Yasminka is responsible for developing MVs first strategic marketing plan in line with a new 3 year vision and strategic plan that guides the business to double in size by 2018. This work includes a complete brand refresh to differentiate MV from competitors, developing and launching new market verticals, and reimagining existing verticals to grow MVs top and bottom lines. Adjacent responsibilities include market research, market development, customer insights, journey mapping, competitive analysis and internal engagement.
Prior to joining MV, Yasminka was Chief Marketing Officer at Pearson; the world’s leading learning company. In this role, Yasminka was responsible for strategic marketing, pricing, branding, market research, creative, digital marketing, global licensing, internal engagement and key internal events. Throughout her career, Yasminka has held increasingly senior positions in sales and marketing building on her foundational skills in product development and product management.
